Kicking a** through (peri)menopause
The Misson
It has been long shrouded in the dark, most women have been suffering silently and those who do ask for help only a fraction of them are able to access care that helps manage the transition of menopause with any semblance of great success. This seems crazy since over 50% of the population will pass through this transition. So much of the science has not been adapted for women and due to this many if not most women are eating the wrong foods, doing the wrong training, feeling like they are never going to reach their potential again and are/might be suffering needlessly.
I have been a MSc. Physiotherapist for over 20 years and have treated thousands of women in both Canada and Europe. I have extensive training in musculoskeletal health and pelvic floor wellness as well as lifestyle coaching helping women achieve their best life.
It is my mission to help active women in their 40s and beyond understand their bodies, learn to work with their physiology and elevate them in life, body, sport and ultimately life.
I take the stress out of knowing what to do. Setting up steps to get to wellness in the most holistic way possible.
