Women tell me this All-The-Time. My body has changed shape like overnight and I don’t know what is going on, I haven’t changed my workouts. I haven’t done anything different and my joints ache! I’m not sleeping at night. I’ve spoken out about it, but I don’t feel listened to. Is this supposed to be worrisome? Are these feelings normal? I know I am getting older, but it can’t be “the change”, I’m still getting my period! Is this the Pre/Peri/ (insert whatever IG/Facebook/TikTok click bait here) menopause??
